Short term rental listing manager

Invesure is a Real Estate company with a growing team of nearly 18 people.

Job Description: Investure Dubai is seeking a Short-Term Rental Listing Manager to manage and optimize our property listings. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the short-term rental management process, including creating compelling listings, coordinating bookings, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include managing rental agreements, monitoring listing performance, and communicating directly with tenants to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position is based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You will need to prepare the apartments (purchase everything needed ), get the permit and prepare the listing online.

You will also need to talk with the owner of the apartment and handle any issue from the guests.

Qualifications

Rental Management Skills: Experience managing short-term rental listings, including administering rental agreements and optimizing listings.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with clients and effectively manage day-to-day interactions.

Customer service skills: Expertise in achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction through excellent service and tailored solutions.

• Other valued qualifications: Knowledge of short-term rental platforms, proficiency with digital tools, multitasking skills, and effective time management.

Compensation :

4,000-8,000 AED depending on experience.
