Position: Showroom Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a Showroom Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of our office furniture showroom in Tagamo3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, coordinating showroom operations, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a professional and organized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors in the showroom professionally.
- Understand customers requirements and provide basic information about office furniture products and solutions.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries and leads.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of showroom visitors, inquiries, quotations, and sales leads.
- Coordinate product displays and ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor showroom furniture samples, catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and installation teams when required.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and other customer communications.
- Support the showroom team in achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Prepare regular reports regarding showroom activities and customer inquiries.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar role; experience in furniture is a plus. (Fresh Grads are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, customer-oriented, and professional.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in office furniture, interior design, or related industries is an advantage.
