Job Description

Summary

Showroom Manager leads commercial activities, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Al Mansour Automotive commercial targets.

Tasks

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a medium-to-large showroom (frontend, backend, sales floor) to achieve operational and sales performance goals.
  • Communicate the local action plan, link it to functional strategy and company mission, and motivate people to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement a relationship management plan to build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in potential customer accounts.
  • Build a personal network, represent the company at events, identify sales opportunities, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Identify the products/services that best meet customer needs, propose configurations, explain recommendations, and close sales at standard terms.
  • Collaborate internally and champion customer interests to build strong external customer relationships.

Education


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; strong sales experience is an asset.

Experience

5 to 7 years of experience, including team coordination or people management responsibilities.
