Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Kitchen Line showroom in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage sales operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive business growth while maintaining the brand's high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily showroom operations and team performance.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Coordinate with design and installation teams for project follow-up.
- Ensure proper product display and brand presentation.
- Monitor inventory and showroom maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in furniture or kitchen showroom management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
