Role Description
The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full showroom operations, driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and leading the showroom team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Provide expert consultation to clients on kitchens & dressing rooms solutions
- Follow up with clients and ensure high conversion rates
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and installation teams
- Ensure showroom display is always aligned with brand standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain client satisfaction
Requirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in wood industry (kitchens & dressing rooms is a must)
- Proven track record in sales & showroom management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Very good command of English
- Must be based in New Cairo or nearby areas
Working Conditions & Benefits- Working Hours:
- Shift 1: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Shift 2: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- One day off per week
