Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and personable

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and applications.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with showroom displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Home Appliances retail sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is a plus.
