Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen interest in home appliances, and the ability to engage customers in meaningful consultations to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their lifestyle.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new products.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with showroom displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Home Appliances retail sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is a plus.
