Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shuttering Carpenter Foreman based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Shuttering Carpenter Foreman will oversee and manage carpentry teams, ensuring high-quality execution of shuttering and framework tasks. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting construction drawings, planning and organizing tasks, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring safety compliance. The individual will use various tools, including hand tools and power tools, to complete framing and finish carpentry tasks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry, including shuttering and framework construction
• Skillful use of Power Tools and Hand Tools for various carpentry tasks
• Experience in Framing techniques and Finish Carpentry
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role in construction
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
