Liaise with design, construction, and engineering teams to ensure acquired sites meet technical requirements.
Track site acquisition milestones and escalate risks or delays to the Site Acquisition Manager.
Assist in resolving landlord disputes, community issues, or regulatory objections to avoid project delays.
Prepare regular reports on acquisition status and project updates for management and clients.
Formal qualification in related field.
