This is a full-time on-site role based in Az Zaqzq for a Site Civil / Architecture Engineer focusing on fit-out projects. Responsibilities include managing fit-out project activities, monitoring site progress, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution, preparing project documentation, and ensuring adherence to design and safety standards. The engineer will also address on-site challenges, supervise contractor performance, and ensure project quality meets specifications.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven abilities in Project Management, including organizing, planning, and ensuring that projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets.
• Research skills to identify optimal solutions for fit-out projects and address challenges effectively.
• Experience in providing Training to teams or clients to ensure proper understanding of processes and project requirements.
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design applications.
• Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety regulations relevant to fit-out projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Capability to work on-site and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Any relevant certifications or additional qualifications in construction or project management are advantageous.
