Site Civil Engineer

QUALIFICATION:

Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

Experience: 5-8 years of experience as Electrical site engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up on the site logbook to understand the scope of work as per the contract.

Make the necessary tests and measurements to hand over the work to the consultant.

Resolve issues related to electric systems or devices that arise during construction.

Monitor & supervise all the installation activities at sites, including lighting works, Power system for HVAC system, lighting fixtures, Panel boards (main - sub - distribution - motor control center), low current systems and make coordination between all low current systems.

Implement and monitor BMS works to coordinate between all mechanical and electrical works during operation.

Supervise technicians [to meet] their technical requirements, ensuring proper cable termination, tagging, ferruling, cable dressing etc. as per approved drawings, to maintain good quality.

Assist the testing team at site in fulfilling their requirements promptly.

Implement and monitor BMS works to coordinate between all mechanical and electrical works during operation.

Coordinate with electrical QA/QC team for drawing modifications, red markup, etc.

Attend meetings to resolve issues related to HSE, Projects etc.

Report the daily progress report/ work status to consultant /Management as per required.

Follow and comply with any official task assigned by BU manager.
