What You'll Do:
- Supervise and manage daily on-site civil works to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to implement project plans effectively.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, prepare progress reports, and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure full compliance with construction codes, safety standards, and company regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3 to 6 years of experience in site supervision within real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
