WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 2–3 Years

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Civil Site Engineer who can independently manage daily site operations, supervise teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise daily construction site activities.

* Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

* Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress.

* Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with HSE requirements.

* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.

* Prepare daily site progress reports and resolve site issues.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned site activities.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

* 2–3 years of relevant site experience.

* Strong site management and team coordination skills.

* Waterproofing, roofing, or insulation experience is an advantage.

* Ability to independently handle site responsibilities.
