Site Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Review drawings, technical documents, and method statements before and during execution.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays, issues, or deviations to the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and verify completed works.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support the resolution of technical and construction-related issues on site.
• Ensure that site activities are completed within the required time, cost, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in site engineering or construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or railway projects is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work on project sites and travel when required.
