Site Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing civil works on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with quality standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Site Engineer (Civil), you will,

• Supervise and manage civil construction activities at the project site
• Ensure execution of works in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and HSE standards
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are implemented
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of total experience in civil engineering
• At least 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Experience working on industrial facilities, pipelines, plants, or similar Oil & Gas projects

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and safety regulations (HSE)
• Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
