Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Site Engineer, based in Dubai. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed in line with specifications, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising construction processes, managing quality control, collaborating with structural and civil engineers, and effectively communicating with the project team to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires a detail-oriented professional committed to ensuring the highest quality standards in all aspects of the work.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site construction supervision, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively and ensure smooth execution.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge and expertise in quality control practices to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Proficiency in structural engineering and knowledge of civil engineering principles relevant to Gypsum fit-out projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out or related construction projects in Dubai is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and standards is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
