Agha Design House is looking for an experienced and driven Site Engineer to join our team!

Job Details:

Type: Full-Time / Office

Location: 6th of October City

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Quality: Supervise site work execution to ensure alignment with design drawings, specifications, quality control, and safety standards.
• Management: Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials on site.
• Coordination & Timeline: Coordinate with the technical office and design team for clarifications, and monitor project timelines.
• Problem Solving: Resolve site issues quickly, solve problems efficiently, and communicate with clients positively and professionally.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering.

Experience: +5 years of experience in interior finishing & fit-out projects.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of site management, materials, and finishing details.

• Core Skills: Good leadership, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under stress and manage time charts.
