XBD Collective is looking for a Site Engineer - Architecture/Interior Design with 48 years of hands-on site experience in Architecture or Interior Design, specifically within fit-out and finishing projects. This is a site-based role requiring strong supervision, coordination, and quality control expertise, design-only experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Review shop drawings and material submittals from a site execution perspective
- Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and resolve technical issues proactively
- Ensure proper coordination between Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on corrective actions
- Attend site meetings and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making
Requirements:
- 48 years of site-based experience in Architecture / Interior Design (Fit-Out & Finishing projects)
- Strong background in supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control
- Ability to review shop drawings and follow through on execution
- Proven ability to identify and resolve on-site clashes across disciplines
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced project environment
