Job Summary:
Grupo Middle East WLL is seeking a highly experienced Site Engineer BIM (P3A) to join our consultancy team in Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing BIM coordination, ensuring design compliance, and supporting project execution in alignment with client and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with design, supervision, and construction teams for model integration and clash detection
- Ensure alignment of BIM deliverables with project timelines and quality requirements
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues
- Monitor site implementation against approved BIM models
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with PWA and regulatory authority standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or relevant discipline)
- Minimum 12+ years of total professional experience
- At least 7 years of experience as Site Engineer BIM
- Previous PWA approval (P3A Grade)
- Valid MME / UPDA Certification
- Mandatory Consultancy experience
- Strong knowledge of BIM software, coordination processes, and infrastructure projects
- Must be immediately available in Qatar with valid QID
