About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily site activities and ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and in-house labour.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and project schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, designers and the procurement team.
- Review drawings and identify technical or site-related issues before execution.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper workmanship.
- Prepare daily site updates, progress reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging and project handover.
- Ensure proper health, safety and site organization.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively resolve site issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out or construction preferred.
- UAE experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong candidates without UAE experience.
- Good understanding of architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Organized, highly motivated, punctual and accountable.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple site priorities.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Must be based in Dubai.
- Immediately available to join or on a very short notice period.
