Job Description
We are hiring:Site Supervisor
Location: UAE | Type: Full-Time | Dept: MEP
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & HVAC Site Supervisor to manage site execution, lead technical crews, and oversee MEP installations, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Electrical (LV, lighting, power) and HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, VRF, ducting) works on site.
Lead site technicians, track daily progress, and report to project engineers.
Read and execute MEP shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and layout plans.
Support site inspections, system troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
Enforce quality standards, HSE safety compliance, and efficient material handling.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years UAE/GCC experience in dual Electrical & HVAC site supervision.
Strong technical background in fit-out, MEP, or construction projects.
