Job Description
Danube Home is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to manage interior fit-out site execution and ensure seamless project delivery aligned with Danube's quality and customer experience standards.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about interior execution, site coordination, and delivering premium residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage end-to-end site execution of interior fit-out projects
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, timelines & quality standards
Coordinate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor site progress, manpower productivity, and material availability.
Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve execution challenges.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company procedures.
Maintain site documentation, progress updates, and reporting
Support smooth project completion and client handover.
Requirements
12 years of experience in interior fit-out site execution
Strong understanding of joinery, civil, and interior execution works.
Experience in residential and turnkey interior projects is preferred.
Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of UAE fit-out standards is an advantage.
UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
