Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and material availability
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements
- Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and site safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
- Verify quantities, measurements, and work completion for contractor payments
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site in coordination with consultants
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with local authority regulations and project standards
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with project managers and consultants
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to control costs and minimize waste
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 37 years of experience
