Role SummaryThe Site Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day execution of construction works on site, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on construction, coordination, and problem-solving on site.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
- Ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and method statements
- Coordinate with technical office, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality, productivity, and construction progress
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE and safety regulations
- Prepare daily site reports, inspections, and progress updates
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or technical challenges
Requirements- BSc in Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years site experience
- (industrial or factory projects strongly preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Good knowledge of construction sequencing and site execution
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Very good English
- BIM / Revit awareness is a plus
