Site Engineer

EMKAAN Architectural & Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural site supervision, quality control, and project coordination, ensuring all works meet approved designs, specifications, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and any additional reports for clients and management.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Review and approve drawings, material submittals, work programs, and shop drawings.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, and authority regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections for structural and civil works including but not limited to RC, piling, post-tension slabs, precast, and steel structures.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, architectural, and interior teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage contractor resources, review RFIs, and issue site instructions and NCRs as needed.
• Review progress bills and support in evaluating variations and claims with the commercial team.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE and environmental standards on-site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in line with company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in Civil Engineering or any related courses.
• Must have at least 5 years experience in the construction field.
