Job description:
Designation: Site Engineer
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of high-rise construction projects in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction activities at the designated high-rise project site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and work methods.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, identify and resolve construction issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on construction progress, material consumption, and labor productivity.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, surveyors, and other stakeholders on-site.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Manage and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, material inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Site Engineer in high-rise building construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes applicable to high-rise construction in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform regular site inspections.
