Site Engineer - Finishing

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Finishing to join our construction team for a luxury villa project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works on site.
• Manage works including blockwork, plastering, screed, tiling, marble, flooring, painting, ceilings, joinery, doors, and architectural finishes.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, MEP, QA/QC, and other site teams.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.
• Review drawings and coordinate technical requirements with the Technical Office.
• Inspect completed works and coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals.
• Identify site issues, resolve technical problems, and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Prepare daily reports and monitor manpower, materials, and site productivity.
• Ensure proper coordination between finishing activities and MEP services.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of site experience
• Strong experience in finishing works for villas, luxury residential, or high-end projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural finishes and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple site activities.
• Strong communication and site coordination skills.
• Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
