Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer – Fit-Out projects, based in Heliopolis. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage on-site activities, ensuring that fit-out work is performed to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day site activities, monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with structural and safety standards. The role requires maintaining documentation, conducting quality control checks, and solving technical or operational challenges that may arise on site.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Strong background from 3 to 5 years of experience in finishing & fit out projects.
• Educational background in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of materials and fit-out processes is a must.
