- Required to join a government backed developer constructing industrial economic zones in Qatar. The successful candidate will contribute in the development of the operational compliance framework, while ensuring it is implemented through monitoring and safeguarding of infrastructure and other associated facilities. Define technical scope and specifications for infrastructure enhancement projects, and other relevant projects.
- Assist in coordination to relevant government authorities such as Ashghal, Kahramaa, whenever necessary, to ensure regulations and standards related to the construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure are being implemented appropriately.
Requirements:
A degree in Civil Engineering
5 + years experience in the design, management and maintenance of infrastructure projects in Qatar
Fluent in Arabic
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in Qatar.
Knowledge of civil engineering drawings and designs
Technical skills and knowledge in infrastructure safeguarding and operational maintenance
Knowledge and experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or CAFM
