Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Site Engineer. The role involves planning, supervising, and coordinating construction projects on-site to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines. The Site Engineer will work closely with civil and structural engineers, manage site teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards. Effective communication and problem-solving are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project management and supervision
• Proficient in structural engineering and civil engineering principles
• Strong quality control skills to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with construction project management tools and software is a plus
• Previous work experience in the construction industry in the UAE is advantageous
