About Your Team

Our site engineering team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects through strong collaboration, technical precision, and a commitment to safety. Working under experienced senior engineers, the team supports daily site activities, documentation, and inspections ensuring that all works are executed in line with project specifications and quality standards while fostering continuous learning and development.

Your Role

As a Site Engineer - Junior, you will

• Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
• Support site inspections and raise basic documentation for QA/QC approvals.
• Track and update progress reports under guidance from senior engineers.
• Help monitor compliance with safety protocols in assigned work areas.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams for daily activities.
• Assist in compiling red-line drawings and supporting site records.
• Learn and apply quality standards through on-the-job experience.
• Participate in short-term planning meetings and toolbox talks.
• Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisation.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For

Skills and Competencies

• First Aider certification
• Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, & basic engineering practices
• Strong organisational & documentation skills
• Proactive, adaptable, & eager to learn
• Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
• Awareness of site safety protocols & compliance
• Collaborative & reliable in team-based environments
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction software & document control tools
• Exposure to QA/QC processes & inspection workflows
• Basic knowledge of authority approvals & site procedures
• Understanding of handover & commissioning basics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or
• 5+ years experience
