Site Engineer (Renovation & Fit-out)

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, and joinery. With an in-house technical team and joinery facility, we manage projects from design and approvals through execution and final handover.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works progress according to schedule

• Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors

• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications

• Monitor workmanship, quality, and site productivity

• Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works on site

• Conduct site measurements and quantity checks

• Monitor material requirements and coordinate site deliveries

• Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and site issues

• Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates

• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and Revive's quality standards are maintained

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• UAE experience in construction, renovation, or fit-out is preferred

• Residential renovation and villa experience is an advantage

• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution

• Basic understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP works

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on attitude and ability to manage labour teams on site

• Valid UAE driving license is strongly preferred

• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred
