Site Engineer - Roads and Infrastructure

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer - Roads and Infrastructure based in Abu Dhabi. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications, and manage all on-site operations. Responsibilities also include liaising with stakeholders, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring structural integrity is upheld. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

• Experience in on-site engineering work, especially in roads and infrastructure projects
• Expertise in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to project standards
• Strong background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Excellent Communication skills for interaction with project teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Relevant certifications or professional licenses in Civil or Structural Engineering are a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
