Hassan Allam Construction is seeking an experienced Site Engineer Section Head to lead and manage all works for construction luxury villas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong site leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise in construction, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on-site works related in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
- Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning activities comply with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, planning, and technical office teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and report regularly on work status, risks, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and HSE requirements.
- Participate in inspections with consultants and clients and close out comments.
- Support project management in resolving technical issues and implementing value engineering where applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Civil, Mech., and Elect.
- Minimum 8 years of experience within the construction industry, with Luxury villas projects.
- Previous experience in a Section Head is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and engineering software.
