We're Hiring: Site Engineer Section Head – Mechanical
Key Responsibilities
- :Lead and supervise all on-site mechanical construction activities
- .Manage and coordinate mechanical engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
- .Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- .Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site-related issues
- .Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- .Ensure proper planning and allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment
- .Enforce HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- .Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to project management
.Requirements
- :Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- .Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical construction works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- .Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical systems
- .Experience managing large-scale building projects
- .Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skil
