- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify defects and evaluate the condition of works on site.
- Assist in performing root-cause analysis for defects, particularly related to insulation and civil works.
- Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals to ensure works comply with approved specifications.
- Supervise site activities related to modification works and Defect Liability Period (DLP) repairs.
- Prepare snag lists during inspections and follow up on corrective actions until all items are closed.
- Verify completion of all defects and ensure works meet quality standards before final acceptance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably in Civil
Experience: 1 3 years of experience

Skills: Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. Presentation skills
Abilities & Attitude: Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in English
