About Your Team

You will supervise skilled workers, technicians, specialist suppliers, and installation teams while working closely with Project Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal construction teams to ensure works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

You will provide day-to-day site supervision, coordinate installation activities, and ensure manpower, materials, and resources are effectively allocated to achieve project objectives.

Your Role

As a Foreman (Spa & Wellness), you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the construction and installation of saunas, steam rooms, hammams, experience showers, salt rooms, and other thermal wellness facilities
• Coordinating daily site activities and specialist installation teams
• Ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and manufacturer requirements
• Supervising thermal cabin construction, including insulation, vapor barriers, waterproofing systems, and specialist materials
• Coordinating material availability, manpower allocation, equipment, and work-front readiness
• Monitoring workmanship, installation quality, productivity, and construction sequencing
• Supporting inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on construction or specialist installation experience
• At least 3 years of direct experience in Spa & Wellness or thermal cabin construction
• Mandatory experience in high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury Spa & Wellness projects
• Proven experience supervising skilled workers and specialist installation teams
• Practical experience with sauna, steam room, hammam, and thermal suite construction
• Technical diploma, vocational qualification, or equivalent practical experience in construction, carpentry, mechanical installation, or specialist fit-out works

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of thermal cabin construction systems, insulation, waterproofing, vapor barriers, and specialist finishes
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, installation details, and manufacturer instructions
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, workmanship standards, and safety requirements
• Familiarity with specialist wellness equipment installation requirements
• Strong supervision, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with specialist Spa & Wellness contractors, suppliers, and installation teams
