Site Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for marine civil works
• Lead and coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractors on site
• Ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor quality, levels, and progress of breakwater, beach profiling, and quay wall works
• Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and marine plant operators
• Enforce HSE and marine safety standards
• Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to site management

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of Exp. in Marie Civil Projects (Activity involved In, Breakwater Construction, Quay wall, beach profiling, etc.)
• Strong Knowledge and exp. with Budget Management, Contractual, QHSE process.
