Site Foreman

We're seeking a Foreman with 7 to 10 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry, proficiency in structural works, MEP, and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
• UAE Driving license
• Experience in the following areas: structural work, concrete works, finishing, plastering, painting, tiling, and MEP work
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
• Experience with safety procedures and protocols
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate site personnel
