Site Foreman

Job Purpose

The Site Foreman will supervise and coordinate high-end interior finishing works to ensure exceptional detailing and workmanship. This role requires strong leadership in managing large teams of laborers, technical proficiency in high-end finishes, and close collaboration with site engineers and MEP coordinators to deliver projects to the Company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Workforce Management


• Lead and manage a workforce of 40+ laborers on site, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety standards.


• Allocate daily tasks, monitor progress, and resolve site-level issues promptly.


• Interior Finishing Works and/or MEP Works


• Oversee execution of high-end woodwork, flooring, stone wall cladding, ceramic cladding, and other finishing activities.


• Ensure workmanship meets the highest quality standards for premium projects.

Technical Competence

• Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings and specifications.


• Translate drawings accurately into dimensions and layouts on floors, ceilings, and walls.


• Ensure precise measurements to avoid reworks and delays.
