Position Objectives
- Act as the overall site authority for data centre or mission-critical projects
- Ensure smooth daily coordination, escalation handling, and client reporting
- Oversee site operations to achieve schedule, quality, safety, and budget objectives
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including construction, installation, and commissioning activities
- Oversee site acquisition, setup, and readiness for project execution
- Coordinate all site activities across multidisciplinary teams (CSA, MEP, Fitout, ELV/ICT)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client-specific requirements
- Track progress, manage escalations, and provide regular reports to management and clients
- Monitor contractor performance, resource utilisation, and site productivity
- Support handover readiness, including as-built documentation, snag closure, and O&M manuals
Qualification and Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as Site Manager or Site Lead on data centre or mission-critical projects
- Strong knowledge of site operations, contractor management, and fast-track project delivery
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and compliance standards in data centres
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with site reporting, progress monitoring, and issue escalation
