As the Site Manager, you will manage the total overall operation of the project through subordinate supervisory/management personnel, in the areas of safety, productivity and efficiency to the standards of the contract and to the satisfaction of the customer. Has the authority to commit Contractor’s labor forces and the use of resources to meet requirements and the respective site requirements of the contract. Leads, trains, and equips personnel supporting the Installation Support Services contract, and Air Force Technical Orders (TO) and Regulations.


The Site Manger shall work with subordinate supervisors/management to assign workers to duties throughout the performance areas. Working with the PMO shall plan and administer budget, compile records of labor and material cost for operating and issue cost reports to management.


May direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. Monitor employees work levels and review work performance. Recommend personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures. Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records. Provide input to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures. Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Monitor all staff associated with the program.
  • Interpret or develop operational plans to achieve contract objectives and prepare schedules to meet project requirements.
  • Develop labor and material estimates to support proposed project schedules.
  • Interpret and explain plans and schedules to administrative and support staff, subordinate supervisors, and client representatives.
  • Responsible for client relations throughout the project life, ensures open and positive communications, and facilitates change management and dispute resolution.
  • Manage tasks in the field, including day to day coordination of resource allocations, quality control, project safety, management oversight, and integration of plans and schedules to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
  • Identifies project changes and conflicts against the Performance Work Statement and coordinates through contracting to resolve conflicts and negotiate required modifications.
  • The Site Manager is responsible for meeting Contractor’s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this Task Order
  • The Site Manager shall be available within 4 hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel (designated by the ACO) to discuss focus areas.
  • Develop and provide monthly reports on the milestones of all operational areas of the contract.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of services experience related to the requirements and qualifications necessary to manage and perform the tasks for the project.
  • Experience in managing services contracts inclusive of recreational, Cashier, Lodging, Food/Beverage, Escorts, Personnel Personal Trainers and Linen services.
  • Experience in supply management including ordering, PAR levels, and receiving.
  • Experience with appliance and equipment maintenance management.
  • Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Certification by an accredited agency is preferred.

  • Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
  • Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD SEVENTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for the U.A.E.
  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
