Job Title: Site Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations for major aviation infrastructure projects in the GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with main contractors on airport developments, ensuring smooth execution of works, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including civil, structural, and MEP works.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and labor force to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Maintain effective communication between site and project management teams.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and risk assessments regularly.
- Progress Monitoring:
- Track work progress against schedule and report any delays or issues.
- Prepare daily site reports and escalate critical matters to the Construction Manager.
- Resource Management:
- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics to avoid site disruptions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years in construction, with at least 3 years in a Site Manager role in the aviation sector.
- Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with GCC building codes and aviation standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
