Site Manager - Villa

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-end villa construction projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum Min 5-8 years of experience as a Site Manager in villa or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local authority regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
