Site Nurse

Job Purpose

Accountable for ensuring the health and well-being of the construction or landscaping site personnel. This includes providing immediate medical assistance, implementing preventive health measures, and promoting a culture of safety. Additionally, the Site Nurse is responsible for maintaining accurate health records, conducting training sessions, and staying updated on industry health and safety standards. This role plays a crucial part in creating a safe and healthy working environment on construction and landscaping sites

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• Conducting regular health and safety assessments on-site.
• Providing immediate first aid and medical care in case of injuries or emergencies.
• Collaborating with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement safety protocols.
• Monitoring and promoting general health and well-being among the workforces.
• Managing and maintaining health records for all site personnel.
• Conducting health and safety training sessions for workers.
• Collaborating with external medical professionals and services when necessary.
• Keeping abreast of industry health and safety standards and regulations.
• Advising on the implementation of preventive health measures

Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities:

In addition to all job-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Basatin health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures, and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions

Information Security responsibilities

• Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
• Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
• Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
• Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
• Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
• Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
• Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality

Education & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.

Professional certification, license or relevant training is preferred.

HAAD certification/ valid HAAD license

Industry Experience (No. of years)

Min. 10 years experience in similar field
