Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Site Project Manager. The Site Project Manager will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating and expediting the flow of materials and equipment, managing project timelines, conducting inspections, liaising with various stakeholders, and overseeing logistics management to ensure smooth project execution.

• Project Management and Expediting skills
• Experience with Inspection and Logistics Management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage on-site teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in luxury property development is a plus
