Job Description

Role Summary

The Project & Operations Manager will act as the central leadership figure overseeing both technical project execution and operational performance across procurement, warehouse management, finance coordination , and all adminstrative roles

This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving project delivery, enforcing operational discipline, ensuring cost control, and implementing structured reporting and accountability across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Technical Oversight

  • Lead and supervise all construction and development activities across assigned projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, contractor performance, and technical compliance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to approved specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams to resolve technical challenges.

Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Oversee procurement, warehouse, and finance coordination related to project execution.
  • Ensure structured task delegation and performance monitoring across departments.
  • Enforce operational controls to prevent waste, leakage, or inefficiencies.
  • Establish clear reporting mechanisms and accountability structures.

Financial & Cost Control Governance

  • Monitor project budgets and expenditure alignment.
  • Review procurement plans and validate cost efficiency.
  • Ensure financial discipline in purchasing, inventory, and contractor payments.
  • Coordinate closely with finance to maintain cash flow visibility.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Provide regular structured reports to ownership.
  • Track operational KPIs and project performance indicators.
  • Identify risks proactively and implement corrective action plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development or construction.
  • Proven experience managing both technical projects and operational functions.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and financial coordination.
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional management skills.
  • Experience in structured reporting and governance environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
