Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Site QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control for our construction projects in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor team members on QA/QC best practices and standards.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders regarding quality assurance processes and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 20-30 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
