Your Role

We are seeking highly skilled Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across cloud-native environments. The role focuses on implementing DevSecOps practices, automation, and operational excellence, supporting mission-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance

- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated deployments

- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab following best practices

- Lead incident bridges (P1/P2), coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely resolution

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive improvements

- Monitor system health using tools such as Datadog and PagerDuty

- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance system reliability

- Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing through Confluence

- Drive automation-first approach using Python and/or Bash scripting

- Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and enterprise governance

Your Profile

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps / SRE roles

- Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes environments

- Strong experience in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Git / GitLab (CI/CD pipelines & version control)

- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, Datadog, PagerDuty, Confluence

- Strong understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, reliability metrics)

- Strong understanding of Cloud security concepts (IAM, encryption, network & container security, vulnerability management)

- Experience in incident management, change management, and RCA processes

- Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash

- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, private endpoints)

- Exposure to regulated / compliance-driven environments is a plus

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset
