Junior Site Reliability Engineer (1–3 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitLab
- Automate routine operational and deployment tasks using Ansible and scripting (Bash/Python)
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using Terraform on Azure Cloud
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Perform system administration tasks across Linux and Windows environments, including troubleshooting infrastructure and network issues
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using logging and alerting tools
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency
- Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
- Handle client interactions and support requests with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach, including during high-pressure or escalated situations
