A Real Estate Developer is looking to hire a Project Site Secretary for its site office (Location Al Qudra road) to provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and documentation control support to on-site management and construction teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Responsibilities:
- Document Control & Administration: Maintain project files, tracking sheets, and databases; handle transmittals, submittals, and site correspondence.
- Meeting Support: Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Site Operations Support: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for site staff.
- Office Management: Manage site office supplies, local purchasing, and reception duties and provide Site Operations support (Travel, accommodation and transportation)
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports and communicate with Contractors, Consultants, Subcontractors, and vendors.
- Administrative Coordination: Liaise between site staff and head office to ensure timely documentation and compliance with quality procedures.
Requirements: -
- Education: Graduate in any discipline or related field with over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in a construction, engineering, or contracting environment.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking ability to manage urgent priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Capability to handle sensitive, confidential project information
